Reinforcement of our consulting team

We are pleased to welcome Dominique Nagpal, another employee at linkyard. 

Since the beginning of April Dominique is part of the linkyard team as a consultant. She is 41 years old and has many years of experience in project & change management, purchasing and management consulting. Dominique completed a Master of Arts at the University of Bern, an MBA at the phw and most recently a course at the University of Fribourg to become a mediator SDM. In addition, she has further educated herself in Human Centered Design.

Dominique will primarily be involved in the creation of complex procurement procedures, concept development, project and change management. With her extensive industry experience, including telecommunications, public administration, pharmaceuticals and the banking sector, she is positioned at the interface between business and IT.

In addition to her work at linkyard, Dominique acts as a coach for personality development, accompanies in crises and change processes and acts as a mediator in conflicts (nagpal coaching).

In her private life she appreciates contact with other people, is president of the board of the cultural association Cinématte, in the Forum Wirtschaft + Ethik, likes to move in nature, writes and illustrates children's stories.

With her open, inquisitive manner, she is enthusiastic and always interested in dealing with the proven and the new in a well-founded way. At linkyard she is looking forward to complement the existing skills, to stimulate the business and to create a direct added value.
