What you will learn
Learn how to take a customer-centric approach to product development using the Scaled Agile Framework® to create more value faster in the SAFe POPM course. Topics covered in this course include the day-to-day role of POs and PMs, collaboration with development teams and business stakeholders, writing epics, features and stories, and the role of the PO within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART).

The trainers
Neil is the contact person for interfaces between IT and business. He holds a Master of Arts in Management, Organization & Culture from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and has worked in SAFe Agile Release Trains and as a Scrum Master for several years. He is certified as a SAFe Practitioner (SPC), SCRUM Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner/Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.
Johanna Ackermann is our contact person for change management processes. As a trained industrial engineer, she has been involved in the creation of value streams, worked in various agile organizations and has several years of experience as a product owner. She is certified as a SAFe Practitioner (SPC), SAFe Product Owner / Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.
Additional information:
- The course will only take place on site in Bern with a minimum of 3 participants, otherwise it will be held remotely
- For companies (5 participants or more) we have special conditions and can also conduct the training on-site at your company.
