Raji, our Business Analyst

Raji will take up her position as Professional Consultant on 1 January 2021. Get to know her better in this interview.

What made you decide to work at linkyard?

Marcel reached out to me on LinkedIn and then intrigued me on the spot with the company's philosophy and past projects. My gut feeling immediately told me, "Yes to this new step!"

In which function do you work at linkyard and how will your work look like?

As a business analyst, I am allowed to accompany various clients and their projects. I analyse and record their requirements and work out possible solutions, which I then implement.

What are you looking forward to most about working at linkyard?

I am looking forward to the exciting projects and an instructive time. I am also looking forward to getting to know the unique company and my experienced colleagues better.

Describe your background.

I have always been interested in the latest technologies and then decided to study Business Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences. After graduating, I found the ideal job that covered the areas of business analysis, project management and application management. I was able to learn a lot there and I decided to delve more into the areas of business analysis and project management - and that's how I ended up at linkyard.

Curious, open, looking for inspiration and sociable!
