linkyard and Adfinis SyGroup implement the electronic building application of the canton of Schwyz
In August, the Office for Spatial Development of the Canton of Schwyz started to implement the eBau project. With the implementation of the project, the administration will process the newly electronically submitted building applications economically and paperlessly via the procured IT system. The joint offer of linkyard ltd. and Adfinis SyGroup AG was able to clearly assert itself against competing offers in the public procurement procedure.
The Office for Spatial Development of the Canton of Schwyz evaluated a realisation partner for the eBau project within the framework of a public procurement procedure according to GATT/WTO. Within the scope of the project, an IT system for the electronic handling of the building application process will be implemented. Citizens and project authors in the canton of Schwyz will thus be able to enter their building applications online in future. At the same time, the procedure, which involves numerous municipal, cantonal and external specialist agencies, will also be handled electronically by the authorities. The joint offer from linkyard ag and Adfinis SyGroup AG was able to prevail in the public procurement process. The solution, based on the CAMAC standard solution already established on the market, was convincing thanks to its excellent cost-effectiveness. CAMAC is open source and is being further developed by an intercantonal community, with Adfinis SyGroup acting as general contractor and linkyard providing overall project management for the supplier. The cooperation between linkyard and the Adfinis SyGroup, which has already been successfully established and well-rehearsed in other projects, also proved itself in this offer. The project started in August 2017.
