linkyard and Adfinis SyGroup implement the electronic building application from the Canton of Schwyz
In August, the Office for Spatial Development of the Canton of Schwyz started implementing the eBau project. With the implementation of the project, the administration processes the new electronically submitted building applications economically and paperlessly via the procured IT system. The joint offering of Linkyard AG and Adfinis SyGroup AG was able to clearly prevail over competing offers in public procurement procedures.
The Office for Spatial Development of the Canton of Schwyz evaluated an implementation partner for the eBau project as part of a public procurement process in accordance with GATT/WTO. As part of the project, an IT system for electronic processing of the building application process will be implemented. Citizens and project authors in the canton of Schwyz will thus enter their construction submissions online in the future. At the same time, the procedure, which involves numerous municipal, cantonal and external specialist agencies, is also handled electronically by the authorities. In addition, numerous third-party systems are now operated via automatic interfaces. The joint offering of linkyard ag and Adfinis SyGroup AG was able to prevail in public procurement procedures. The solution, based on the CAMAC standard solution that has already been established on the market, was convincing thanks to its excellent cost-effectiveness. CAMAC is open source and is being further developed by an intercantonal community. Adfinis SyGroup acts as general contractor, linkyard ensures overall project management, among other things. The cooperation between linkyard and Adfinis SyGroup, which has already been successfully established and established in other projects, also proved effective in this offer. The project started in August 2017.
