What is your role at Linkyard and what will your work look like?

I work as a Senior IT Project Manager at linkyard Consulting ag in Switzerland and in an international environment. I manage my clients' IT projects and programs from an initial strategy through development to implementation and implementation of IT solutions, products and services.

Describe your career path

I have 15 years of professional experience in IT strategy and management consulting in the automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, pharmaceutical and public administration industries. I led programs for vehicle development and have successfully completed numerous IT and transformation projects. My expertise in management consulting includes IT governance, infrastructure management, data management, cyber/security management, cloud and I am experienced with AI applications.
Most recently, I led the “Command & Control/Future Combat Cloud” leadership team (20 consultants and experts) of customer projects.
I developed the digital strategies and led the development on the topics of IoBT Digital Twin, Future Cloud, drone defense services and IT solutions for the lean, sustainable and digital factory of the future. I also moderate workshops on the introduction of IT solutions and create the roadmap and business plan for both the IT strategy and the digital strategy. In addition, I drive major transformation programs from governance to organization, processes, use cases and applications. With regard to project progress and the change measures to be taken, I always report OTD, OTQ and OTC in accordance with coordinated KPI guidelines.

What do you enjoy about your free time?

In my free time, I work as a sci-fi artist at vernissage and enjoy my break in the mountains for hiking, swimming in the lake, and am passionate about sports in winter as well as in summer.
