Susanne hält einen Executive Master of Business Administration sowie einen Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie. Des Weiteren verfügt Susanne über Zertifizierungen von HERMES 5.1, Mediatorin SKWM, Syst. Konfliktmanagement IEF, EFQM Assessor, KAIZEN Expert sowie Quality Systems Manager/ Auditor.

In addition to her work as a senior project manager and senior consultant, Susanne brings with her experience in the areas of quality management, business and corporate development and coaching. In previous positions, she has also acted as quality manager, process manager and mediator.
