Susanne holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Psychology. Susanne also has HERMES 5.1 certifications, mediator SKWM, Syst. IEF conflict management, EFQM assessor, KAIZEN expert and quality systems manager/auditor.

In addition to her activities as a senior project manager and senior consultant, Susanne has experience in the areas of quality management, business and corporate development and coaching and has worked in previous positions as a quality manager, process manager and mediator.
