Mario can look back on over 20 years of experience in software development. He studied business administration with a minor in economics at the University of Berne and also completed certifications in the areas of project management (Hermes, Scrum, SAFe), requirements engineering and Atlassian. In addition, thanks to his further education, Mario has a profound knowledge in the areas of Machine Learning & Data Science, Process Mining, Scala and Management.
In his career Mario has worked as CTO, Head of Business Unit, Team Leader, Software Architect, Software Engineer and Head of Nearshoring.

Mario has a valid PSP 11 enhanced personnel security clearance and can be used in security sensitive roles with access to classified information, materials or equipment.
