Mario can look back on over 20 years of experience in software development. He studied business administration with a minor in economics at the University of Bern and also completed certifications in the areas of project management (Hermes, Scrum, SAFe), Requirements Engineering and Atlassian. In addition, thanks to his continuing education, Mario has in-depth knowledge in the areas of Machine Learning & Data Science, Process Mining, Scala and Management.
In his career, Mario worked as CTO, Head of Business Unit, Team Leader, Software Architect, Software Engineer and Head of Nearshoring.

Mario has a valid, extended personal security check in accordance with PSP 11 and can be used in safety-sensitive functions with access to classified information, materials or systems.
