Marcel is CEO of linkyard consulting ag. Due to his previous tasks as a member of the executive board, head of department, mandate and project manager over the last 20 years, Marcel can draw on a broad range of know-how in the areas of ICT, strategy and innovation as well as organisational development.

He got to know management and change processes as well as corporate cultures in various industries and company sizes and leads large-scale projects in the ICT sector.

Marcel holds a Master of Science in Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has certifications in SAFe, Scrum, HERMES and requirements engineering. His project experience is proven with the IPMA Level B certificate.

He keeps his knowledge in the areas of digitalization, business model innovation and organizational forms up to date as a university lecturer for strategy and innovation as well as an examination expert.
