Marcel is CEO of linkyard consulting ag. Due to previous duties as a member of the management board, department head, mandate and project manager in the last 20 years, Marcel can draw on a wide range of know-how in the areas of ICT, strategy and innovation as well as organizational development.

He got to know management and change processes as well as corporate cultures in various industries and company sizes and manages major projects in the area of ICT.

Marcel holds a Master of Science in Innovation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has SAFe, Scrum, HERMES and Requirements Engineering certifications. His project experience is proven with the IPMA Level B certificate.

He keeps his knowledge in the areas of digitalization, business model innovation and organizational forms up to date as a university lecturer for strategy and innovation as well as an audit expert.
