Roman studied computer science and graduated as a Federal Dipl. Ing. FH. Later he complemented this with a Master of Advanced Studies in IT.
He completed certifications in the areas of project management and Atlassian. In addition, he has further educated himself in the areas of functional programming, Scala and Domain Driven Design.
In previous positions he worked as a requirements engineer, software architect and software engineer.

Roman holds a valid PSP 11 enhanced personal security clearance and can be used in security sensitive roles with access to classified information, materials or equipment.
