Raymond holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Information Systems and an MBA. His career has taken him through various industries such as logistics, aerospace/aviation, ICT & software development. As a project manager and managing director, Raymond has realised a large number of major projects.

In addition to years of experience in leadership positions and agile organisations, Raymond has the certifications: Certified Scrum Master, TOGAF 5, HERMES 5 Foundation, ITIL Foundation, PMI - PMP Project Management Professional and Certified SAP MM Consultant.
