Challenge
Magali Stritzelberger of McDonald's Suisse and her team monitor the correct payment of wages for the 1700 employees across Switzerland.During 2017, Magali realized that a system to track developments in the HR system was needed; the current method was no longer able to meet the auditors' needs.
Solution
On December 8, McDonald's contacted linkyard for a quote to implement and host a brand new Jira-based solution. Due to sensitive data, high security standards had to be met by linkyard. McDonald's required this new system to be operational for all developments from 2018. The detailed requirements were gathered in a workshop on December 14.On December 20, the Jira-based solution was installed in production ready for use. In January, a custom report was added to transparently extract the audit trail. Since 2018, the systems have been running smoothly, including all executed maintenance windows, with a system availability of over 99.9%.
