Through experiential learning, participants* will explore the role of the RTE in a Lean-Agile transformation, "facilitate" ART processes and execution, coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in new processes and ways of thinking, prepare, plan, and execute a Program Increment (PI) planning event that primarily enables alignment of all levels of a SAFe organization.
This three-day course prepares participants* for the SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification exam.

The trainer

Neil is the point of contact for interfaces between IT and business. He holds a Master of Arts in Management, Organization & Culture University from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and is certified as a SCRUM Product Owner, SAFe Product Manager and SAFe Scrum Master.
