Quelle est ta fonction chez Linkyard et comment perçois-tu tontravail?

Linyard repose on two Piliers:

1. The consulting agency from A to Z dont the consultants possèdent vraiment une vraie expérience professionnelle dans leur domaine d'expertise.

2. Integration of products from the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, etc.) et/or from our propres products (as Phonemos).

J'ai également deux casquettes au sein de linkyard: la première, en tant que Responsable Romandie, sera de proposer nos services en Romandie justement. Je suis également consultant, surtout en tant que chef de projet et dans le domaine de l'architecture.

Decris ton parcours

Je trouve intéressant de lister le nom des entreprises ou des projets dans lesquels j'ai travaillé, ces informations sont visibles sur LinkedIn si souhaité. Je préfère plutôt expliquer ma manière d'aborder les choses: J'ai rarement pu travailler “selon la théorie”, j'essaie plutôt même de sortir des sentiers battus lors de mes reflections. Puis, lors de la mise en œuvre du project, je peux utiliser des chemins alternatifs et moins conventionnels et jusqu'à présent, cela m'a bien réussi, respectivement on ne me l'a jamais reproché.

Comment te décrirais-tu en une seule phrase?

“Working with common sense” comme on dirait en allemand, il n'y a pas de traduction parfaite en Français, cela correspond un peu près à “travailler avec bon sens et dans l'intérêt du client final”

What do you do pendant ton temps libre?

Depuis que j'ai eu un fils qui fêtera tantôt ses cinq ans, ma définition de “temps libre” a drastiquement changé. Je dirais plutôt que j'investis mon “temps restant” évidemment avec ma famille et amis mais également en tant qu'investisseur dans différents domaines (real estate, cryptomonnaies, bot de trading, etc.), d'où la raison de mon temps partiel à 70%.

What is your role at Linkyard and what will your work look like?

I also have two responsibilities at linkyard: As the person responsible for Romandie, I will be offering our services in Romandy. I also work as a consultant, primarily as a project manager and in the area of architecture.

Describe your career path

I don't find it interesting to list the names of the companies or projects I've worked in; this information is visible on LinkedIn if you want. I prefer to explain my approach: I've rarely been able to work “according to theory,” but even try to get off the beaten track when thinking about it. When implementing the project, I can then take alternative and unconventional paths, and I have never been accused of that so far.

How would you describe yourself in one sentence?

“Work with common sense.”

What do you enjoy about your free time?

Since I have a son who will soon be five years old, my definition of “free time” has changed drastically. I would rather say that I spend my “rest of time” with my family and friends, of course, but also as an investor in various areas (real estate, cryptocurrencies, trading bots, etc.), which is the reason for my 70% part-time employment.

Why is the earth round?

Because no other planet is flat either!
