Triple certification for the entire linkyard group

Three years ago, we successfully completed the Recertification in accordance with ISO 27001 obtained. After a three-year period, it was necessary to recertify the information security management system. The entire linkyard Group not only successfully completed this recertification in accordance with ISO 27001 for the second time, but was also able to obtain certification with the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards at the same time. This triple success underscores our commitment to quality, the environment and information security. Of course, the other corporate dimensions of social responsibility and efficiency are also an integral part of our management system.

What quality seal do the certifications promise?

The ISO 27001 standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving an information security management system within the organization. ISO 27001 certification thus ensures that we as a company take strict measures to protect information. This is also accompanied by risk minimization. It is important to identify and minimize all risks that could potentially jeopardize the security of information. ISO 27001 certification is therefore a seal of approval for the security of information and our trustworthiness. The revised version in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 also takes into account new scenarios that companies are confronted with (such as cloud or new digital technologies requirements). In addition, the changing threat landscape with regard to cyber threats is also taken into account. The revised version in accordance with ISO 27001:2022 therefore focuses more on aspects of cybersecurity and data protection.

The ISO 9001 standard defines the requirements for quality management systems. For us as a company, this means standardizing and continuously improving our processes so that we can offer high-quality products and services. In this way, we ensure that the requirements of customers are met and that their satisfaction is ensured.

We are also particularly pleased with the ISO 14001 certification, which makes visible and demonstrates our commitment to the environment. The ISO 14001 certification defines the requirements for an environmental management system and covers all aspects for continuous improvement of a company's environmental performance.

Added value for our customers

We are aware that certification cannot be equated with infallibility. Nevertheless, our customers can assume that we meet the requirements of ISO 27001, 9001 and 14001 standards and therefore have a controlled and integral management system. As an accredited certification body, TÜV Rheinland has proven that “management by chance” does not prevail at our company. We therefore hope to trust our decisions and processes, which result in appropriate services and products. We are therefore pleased to be a reliable partner in the market.

Does holocracy and ISO certifications work?

Yes and if! Linkyard has been using a holocratic form of organization for years and is working with Objectives and key results (OKR). After years of growth, we became aware that not only culture and manifested values (link), but also lived processes and regulations for network organizations are critical success factors for successful scaling of the group of companies. As a result, we have also combined the concepts of continuous improvement with KPI's and OKR.

The combination of ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification represents a holistic approach and therefore ensures that quality, environment and information security are equally taken into account. In addition, ISO standards place great value on continuous improvement, which motivates us to continuously optimize and further develop our processes and services.
