Nena received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Business and Economics from the University of Basel. She has several years of experience in the areas of QA Engineering, Requirements Engineering and QA Testing. She was also able to gain experience as a business analyst within various projects. She has in-depth knowledge in business analysis, project management and requirements engineering.

Nena has a HERMES 5.1 Foundation certification. In addition, she also holds an ISTQB Certified Tester and an IREB CPRE certification.
