Susanne holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology. She is currently completing a Master's degree in Business Psychology. Furthermore, Susanne holds certifications from HERMES 5.1, Mediator SKWM, Syst. Conflict Management IEF, EFQM Assessor, KAIZEN Expert as well as Quality Systems Manager/Auditor.

In addition to her work as a senior project manager and senior consultant, Susanne brings with her experience in the areas of quality management, business and corporate development and coaching. In previous positions, she has also acted as quality manager, process manager and mediator.
